Just as the light from the moon is a mere reflection of the sun, Brilla Luna is crafted in the reflection of Mexican culture and its love for agave.

OUR PROCESS

There are two categories of raicilla: del la costa (coastal) and de la sierra (mountainous). Like wine, raicilla takes on much of the terroir characteristics of where it's grown... truly representing it's region of Mexico, giving a sense of place not experienced with most spirirts.

WHY Raicilla?

Raicilla is an agave spirit that hails from the Mexican states of Jalisco and Nayarit.

Crafted in secret for many years, it’s the original agave spirit, forced to go underground in the 18th century to avoid taxes under the Spanish Crown. The moonlight was the only witness to this carefully crafted process.
